Proven Tenancy Agreements
Tenancy agreements are drawn up incorporating the latest changes in the law  and our experience creating and managing many thousands of tenancies since the Housing Act was introduced in 1989. 

Each contract is explained fully to a tenant before they sign, pay any outstanding  balance due (in cleared funds) and take the keys to a property.

Comprehensive Inventories
Before each tenancy agreement is signed an inventory of the property is prepared.  This lists details of the contents, fittings & fixtures and their condition as well as meter readings, etc.

A comprehensive inventory is essential as part of full compliance with the provisions of The Housing Act 2004.
