Five Easy Steps to Renting with Priority

to arrange a viewing of the property
that suits your personal requirements.
2. Once you have decided on a suitable Property
Complete a Priority Online Application Form to apply for a tenancy and a credit report *
* Should a positive electoral roll search not be possible, copies of passport, driving licence
and a minimum of two recent utility accounts will be required
3. Reserve the Property with a Holding Deposit
Your holding deposit will be used to form part of your security deposit when the tenancy commences.
Should you provide false or misleading information to support your tenancy application or should you withdraw
your application for any reason, the holding deposit will be forfeit and used to defray administration costs.
4. Check with Priority to confirm your references have been approved
and arrange a date and time for signing your new tenancy agreement.
5. Call at Priority’s offices to sign your tenancy agreement,
pay the first month’s rent and balance of the security deposit
and collect the keys to your new home. |
